Welcome - a project for you who live in Horsens and Hedensted!

Project Welcome is a project which has one overall aim; namely to make it easier for foreigners working at companies in Horsens and Hedensted to get integrated.

In order to fulfill this goal Welcome operates with 3 target groups namely: international employees, the public sector and, finally, the local companies.

 

Currently the primary focus in terms of foreign employees is to help the ones currently living in Horsens and Hedensted. However, as the wheels again start turning and the recruitment challenge increases, it is our goal to also make it easier for companies in the process of integrating new international employees.

 

The project has been initiated by the Region of Central Denmark as the Region firmly believes, as the first region in Denmark, that it is important to make an effort in order to ensure that international employees like living in Denmark. Along with the Region of Central Denmark also the European Social Fond funds the project.
